I wasn’t hungry.
I wasn’t intending to eat
I was just walking past some shops.

But then the nice smell that hit me.
From the oven right outside the shop
Now I want it
I wasn’t a buyer

But the buying environment trigger my WANT
And I became their customer
Sales is not about convincing people to buy.

It’s about setting the scene, creating the buying environment, and trigger the want.

Which is a better closer?
1. Talk more to sell?
2. Make them feel they want?
