They’re not selling.
They’re just mechanically doing the job for the commission.
And when the customer walks out?
They won’t remember you.
No connection.
No reason to come back.
No repeat sales.
If a salesperson wants to actually grow their sales career and income, they’ve got to start by being human
Have a real helpful and meaningful conversation.
That’s where the real sale begins.
